After a rocky start due to availability, after ordering in August of 2024, dealer was not able to locate the unit without a large number of calls from me and dealer calls to their various reps to finally get the product. Had to call my contractor back to install because they had finished everything except filling the hole in my island where the under counter drawers were to fit. They are now in and working. Have had one service call (only days after installation) to defrost unit so lower drawer would close, ice had formed. Hopefully with extra care to be sure that lower drawer remains closed when upper drawer is opened and closed this will not happen again.

I do love this and find it very useful. I had another brand in another house and it was good. I wish there was a way to have different temp settings in each drawer. I had to choose this over a wine system and I still think it was best choice. My cabinet company failed to order panels so still waiting for that, otherwise great!

Awesome fridge that we paneled to match our cabinets and just ties into the cabinets so well. The only thing I would change is to be able to have each drawer be their own temperature (one fridge, one freezer)

I run a custom cabinetry shop and one of my clients is buying two of these for their kitchen. The planning tools and information for this product make no sense. The stated sizes for the custom panels are 15 1/16" tall with 1/4" gap between. That yields 30 3/8" from bottom of lower panel to top of upper panel. Cabinet cases are generally 30 1/2" tall. This leaves only 1/8" under counter gap which is way too small when granite installers generally hang the granite edge a bit below the cabinet top. When I downloaded the 3D CAD to see if maybe the instructions were just wrong, it got even worse. The panels in the CAD are drawn at 14 13/16" for the bottom and 16" for the top with a 1/8" gap between. So the 3D CAD a) ignores the sizes and gaps stated in the installation instructions and specs, b) breaks the design rule of having a taller panel on top of a shorter panel, c) only has 3 1/16" toe kick space under the bottom panel when 4" is standard, d) again only leaves 1/8" gap from the counter to the top of the top panel, e) are drawn 1 3/8" thick when 1/4" backer + .10" spacer + 3/4" panel (as called for in the instructions) yields 1 1/8" thick panels. How am I supposed to design around your product when you're giving me crap information?

Great refrigerator - we placed it in our island for milk, oj and other convenience foods for handiness when grabbing breakfast etc. Beats walking to the larger refrigerator. It is also quiet and efficient. We paneled it and you would never know it was there.

I've had my refrigeration drawers for almost 10 years. Almost from the beginning, the interior light would not come on very intermittently. Never really worried about it. It's been pretty good, but not long ago I would get a puddle of water on the floor in front of the unit. Then, the compressor started making noise, then it stopped cooling. I turned it off while I searched for a repair person. No one wanted to touch it. It's been off for over a year because the upper drawer is stuck closed. Feels like it's locked or something. If I pull hard, the whole unit comes out from under the counter. Any advice?

After 4+months, it seems to regulate temperature well and is pretty darn quiet. Also very energy efficient. Plenty of storage. Divider pieces are fairly configurable and of good quality as well. Overall very happy with unit. Came as a recommendation from a beloved local appliance store.
Main drawback is the drawer slides are not soft-close, so it shuts with a decent amount of force and this can make the unit move slightly within your cabinet opening. It doesn't have anything like a bracket that screws into cabinets/floors/etc (like a dishwasher does) to prevent it from moving.

I really like this fridge for the extra space for beverages, but I just wish it was configured better for wine bottles and or beer/soda cans. I can't seem to get everything lined up in there. The wine bottles just roll around in there unlike a real wine fridge. I guess I just need to find something to keep them from moving when I open it. Other than that it is great for small snacks and drinks for the grands.

I bought this under the counter refrigerated drawers when remodeling the kitchen. They were installed almost a week ago and we don't hear anything contrary to many other brands (I read lots of reviews before selecting this appliance. Easy to store and retrieve food. I love it.

We installed the fridge over a month ago, and although we are still waiting for our cabinet guy to finish and install the panels to match our kitchen. The fridge is expected to be very handy when we finish the kitchen, but for now, it has a great capacity for all our drinks, juices, broths, etc. We are delighted with it. No trouble at all.

The last element to be completed in our new kitchen is a beverage area. These refrigerator drawers are perfect for storing bottled water, sodas, beer and a couple of bottles of wine. The drawers are nicely sized and sturdy. With the cabinetry panels and hardware, they look fabulous. Our nearby appliance store (a little gem of a place called Bergers in Hawthorne, NY) highly recommended these. They have never steered us wrong. We love them!
