This is My 2nd Galaxy Note 4. 1st purchased when introduced in 12/2014. This is the work horse of the Note line in my opinion. A Mini hand held Computer. And can still change the battery by myself in seconds. Why I purchased another Note 4. As I use 4 batteries a day. And when this tires out, I'll purchases another.

I purchased the Note 4 on the day it was released. It was my third note. I purchased the Note, then the Note 2 and the Note 4. I have since upgraded to the Note 8. I use the Note 4 today as a music, TV player, and when I travel for an extended period of time overseas, I purchase a SIM card and place it into the Note 4. I am extremely surprised on the very high price of the new Note 9. I won't upgrade for some time. There is a point when something is no longer reasonable. I will stay with my Note 4 and Note 8

Phone died finally six years later, but till then she was the best phone for a smart phone I ever had. Battery could be changed every 2 yrs, memory could be added, very versatile and user friendly, that none of the phones today can do.

When I brought it the phone was new off of ebay,the display is great the size is good for viewing you tube,features are good,it a quad core ,the battery life is fair ,can't update it because of using a different carrier than at&t ,the only problem I had was the battery was defective after a year had to replace it,scare me to death when it kept cycling on the logo screen just a battery problem,ready to upgrade to a note 8 or the new note 9 coming out soon

After almost 3 years of use and care the phone has been crashing and freezing up, showing mmc_read failed. If you search around there are many people who seem to be having the same error and it all started some time last year after an update was pushed.

The product won't update unless I am connected to a AT &T server. I unlocked the phone so I can use it outside of the US; many people have the same problem as I with this phone. NEVER BUY A PHONE FROM AT &T, why would you put yourself through that. Since the phone doesn't update but the apps do, the apps become incompatible and buggy. Also battery lasted me less than a year, but you can easily replace it.

I am totally pleased with this phone, it size, screen, camera, stylus etc... I really have nothing bad to say about this phone except the battery could be bigger. This phone will suck down a battery playing games or watching videos because of the really big screen. But keep a spare battery or a charging cord handy and all is good.

After just about two years this phone went from being a boss to something I just don't care for. The performance has dwindled after service updates and the phone is really slow now. When new it performed wonderfully and I really enjoyed the big screen with apps like Netflix and Hulu. The pen was great for jotting down quick notes so I wouldn't forget little details later on in the day. As a songwriter it really helped out for saving lyrics. Overall a great phone when new. It has just not lasted the test of time. After two years I'm ready for a new phone. Also... the thing is a tank. I've dropped it many times and the screen never cracked.

A trusted friend had one of these and highly recommended it. The price was right, and I'm delighted with the device. However, I am disappointed that it will not upgrade to marshmallow automatically, and I've not figured out how to get it updated. It says it's up to date, but I know that many Note 4s are on marshmallow by now. like I said, that is disappointing.

This SGN4 is a excellent product. The functions are great whether you use all of them or just 1 or 2 of them. The smooth transition between applications is a breeze. I love the fact that you can expand your memory with a micro-sdcard. (Samsung missed the mark on the Note5). If you need more storage and space and can't do the Note5, this is your best bet)

Finally Bought My Note 4!

When I first saw the Note 4 I knew it was exactly what I needed. But my Samsung Captivate was still going strong. Frugal person that I am, I waited. That was a couple years ago and my Captivate gave up the ghost so I looked at the new Note offering and saw it was catching fire and/or exploding (depending on who tells the story...). I wanted none of that so looked on Amazon for the previous Note models and saw that the Note 5 was reviewed poorly for the back cover problem and Note 6 was kinda' expensive for an "old" model. Alright then, how about the Note 4? Lo and behold, the Note 4 was still available and the reviews were stellar. Now I have my Note 4; unlocked. I bought on Amazon brand new and unlocked and use Straight Talk service. I love my new phone! I purchased an Otter Defender case with the phone. I hope that will help it live a long time. The new Marshmallow Android version 6 will work on this phone. Since I've not set up the phone with too much personlization yet, I'll install that and then factory reset. People say that is the best way to upgrade. By the way, I just registered the phone here on Samsung USA site and no issues.

Yes, it's not the new Note 7, but this is a brand new Note 4. I had a Galaxy S3 previous and love Samsung phones. They are great!! It has all the features I wanted, including a replaceable battery and Memory card slot, it's perfect. Samsung phones have always been my number one choice. I love this phone. I am older and love that the screen is bigger. Both my brothers had one and they liked them so I purchased one. It works great and love using it for GPS. I put a stand on my dash and then I plug it in and away I go. My brother and I went over 2000 miles last spring and the note 4 directed us all the way. Just wish the prices weren't so high.

I have owned alot of different brands of phones. I left the iPhone to get the Note 3 then when I upgraded to the 4 it's the best one ever. I loved my note 4 and with the features of the note 4 I thought it was better than the note 5. Samsung made a mistake with the note 5 by taking away some features like the micro sd card and battery removal. The note 4 is a superior phone and far exceeds the iPhone in its ability to be adapted for uses at work. I still own the note 4 even though I now own the note 7 which I love as well. If you need a great phone the note 4 is a great phone to have.
